By accessing or using the jl99 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jl99 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jl99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jl99 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

• You must notify jl99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• jl99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• jl99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, used fraudulently, or operated in violation of this Agreement.
• Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any third party.

jl99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, jl99 may withhold funds pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities, including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

All financial transactions on the jl99 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jl99's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated by jl99 at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times of up to five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected.

• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by jl99.

jl99's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

jl99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
